What is Cozy Weather? It is cold, rainy, snowy, windy, foggy conditions outside while one sits comfortably inside, perhaps under a blanket with a warm drink. It makes you want to stay indoors and do things like watch movies, read, or play video games — consequently, some of my favorite things to do.
